All our packages are delivered by PostNL/GLS. After placing an order, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this code to track your order. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can easily return your product within 14 days. Returns are possible as long as the item is still in its original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
